Products
The primer is used as an undercoat on Tritan lens before subsequent overlay hardcoat. It is an ideal preparatory coat to create inter-coat adhesion. It is to be working with GPL-20 hardcoat for unsaponified TRITAN lens.
Dual-cure process: semi-cured (thermosetting) by heat for further thermoforming processing & complete cure afterwards by UV.
Curing: Thermal-Cure (40 or 50 min @120℃) by dipping, flowing or spray.
Application: helmet & sport visor lens, face mask / shield (polycarbonate).
Features: desirable humidity & water resistance; high anti-fog performance.
